Got an email yesterday saying that my copy of the 65daysofstatic live album had been dispatched. Haven't heard any leak of it, but I'm really looking forward to getting my mitts on that, especially the DVD. Anyone else got the DVD yet? I'm really keen to know whether I will finally have some good video footage of a live Radio Protector to keep: their mental keyboardist is always at his absolute peak for that bad boy during their live shows!

I just found out today that two members of one of my favourite bands, Sieges Even, have formed a new band called Subsignal, and that an album is due to be released this summer. Sieges Even unfortunately split up last year after having released two milestone albums, Paramount and The Art Of Navigating By The Stars. So I'm really looking forward to the new album! And guess how I took notice of Subsignal today: they'll be playing at the same festival here in germany a few slots before PRR in July! I have no clue if Sieges Even are popular or even known outside of germany (heck, they haven't been very popular over here either...), but they have amazing melodies and great vocals, so I can only recommend you check out some of the samples from the two albums above.

Wicked, cheers Ryan, SO wanted that to be on the DVD! Thanks for the link. I haven't seen a tracklist for the CD or the DVD anywhere: don't suppose you could let me know if they managed to get my other favourite, 65 Doesn't Understand You, onto the DVD did they?

Can't friggin wait to see them at Dingwalls. Woohoo! There's even a chance of some backstage action seeing as I have a friend in one of the support acts.

There's an amazing version [of 65 Doesn't Understand You] on the CD though. Oh my god, but you weren't kidding about this, were you?! It sounds absolutely HUGE, easily the best song on the disc!
