So, I figure since the band has a new album coming out and a new tour, etc. that they'll probably have some new merch out as well. As soon as people get to the new shows, would somebody mind giving the rest of us an idea as to the kinds of items they have?
Ultimately, I'd like to get my hands on a sweet PRR shirt, but I can't get to the shows. Ideally, there will be a way to get them online, but if not, would anybody consider picking up a couple to sell to forum members? Just an idea. Let me know what you guys think.

I hope so, my old tatty brown PRR shirt with the orange writing is getting a bit old/small!
EDIT: yep, should be a couple of new t-shirts (if they turn up in time!)

I'm just hoping that one day we'll see some decent girly type ones...the only PRR t -shirt I've ever had was that ridiculous shade of yellow...now, we all know how I feel about PRR but even I don't love them enough to wear that outside of the house!!

I knew there was something I'd wanted to post in this thread that I'd forgotten, and I've just remembered it. Posters. That's what I want. *cough* MASSIVE HINT TO ANY BAND MEMBERS/OTHER TEAM PRR-er's OUT THERE! *cough* I'd absolutely love to be able to buy an official, decent sized (believe 36" x 24" is pretty standard) poster for Pure Reason Revolution or AVO that I could then get properly framed and put up in my flat. I've got a handful of other pop-cultural posters (Radiohead, Muse, The Mars Volta on the music front; Sin City, Kill Bill, Leon and Reservoir Dogs on the film front) professionally framed and hung up right now, and I still have space for a big full-size poster or 2 to fill. Given that PRR are equally important to me as any of those others I've mentioned, it would just be fantastic to get them some proper wallspace as well. And a brand new, crisp, flat poster to go in a frame - not a dog-eared old tatty one taken down second hand from a gig or summat - that you could buy from the likes of PushPosters.com (who aren't actually very good when it comes to frames) or the excellent Postershop.com (whose frames are much better, and they're a German place as well so they might have more chance of getting hold of posters for Superball acts if they were ever to be made). I seem to recall that one of the girls on here - excuse my dodgy memory (and lazy searching attitude): it might've been BA or Jemi or SarahM or someone else altogether - had a really cool canvas print of the cover of TDT from a boyfriend, and that would definitely also be something I'd be interested in. The print, not the boyfriend, dear forum-wags... Anyway, if that was you, then 1) I'm super jealous of your TDT canvas print, and 2) don't suppose you'd be kind enough to let me know how you/your boyfriend got it done would you, as if there aren't going to be any posters for AVO then a self-commissioned canvas print is something I'd look at getting done as an alternative. EDIT - ok, I'm now slightly less lazy than I was, and my detailed detective work has revealed that it was BA who got the TDT canvas made for her. Miss Ambassador, post or PM of who's and how's of getting something similar done, pretty please... cheers mate! ;D ;D ;D Anyway, after a copy of AVO itself, this is what I'm next most eager to spend my money on in terms of PRR goodness (gig tickets are booked and posted), so I'd LOVE this to happen!

I too would LOVE to have a large PRR poster, or something of the sort, to grace my wall. There's money to be made, boys! ;D

Right, as sad as I am, I've just sent an email to Superball's marketing department (promotion@superballmusic.com) asking them if they had any plans to produce posters/prints of PRR and/or AVO for commercial sale, and expressing a strong interest if they were planning to do so. Yes, it's a little desperate, but if you don't ask you don't get, I guess - at least it raises the possibility of producing these posters in the first place, even if it doesn't come to anything.
Anyone else interested in these kind of posters, maybe an email to promotion@superballmusic.com with a similar enquiry might generate enough interest in the posters for Superball to give the idea some decent consideration...?

Just got an email back from someone at Superball stating that while there will be promo posters produced for PRR's upcoming tour, no extra ones will be made for commercial sale. Their best suggestion was to see if any of the promo tour posters were available for sale at the venues. Fair enough, I guess: there might well be a few people interested round here, but probably not enough people interested overall to make any kind of commercial production economically worthwhile.
Ryan, what does being on a street team involve? I'm only doing London and Brum on this tour, and I'm not really in a position to be able to spend a while outside the venue with flyers etc for either show (this is my best guess of what you might have to do).
Either way, if neither of those options are goers then I know it's possible to go the canvas print route, so it looks like I might end up plumping for that.

Well, I got someone else to give me some! It's about getting the bands name out though, it tends to be about standing outside gigs (other bands) handing stuff out (but you tend to do that for a larger comany who oversee a lot of promo, not a band) or just putting stickers/flyers/posters up everywhere.
