Well... it was about time!
For me, NIN and Tool will be the highlights.

Any money you like says there won't be a Tool record this year.

Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, which is out next week and Foals. (Know they won't be most people on here's taste but there we go...) They are the ones off the top of my head but I'm sure there will be plenty. I'm not great at keeping track of what's being recorded or due to be released over the course of the year, I just get excited when they come out!

There's LOADS coming out (or supposedly coming out) this year that I'm looking forward to. If I had to pick an overall favourite year for music, I'd pick 2005 as there were tonnes of great records released in that year. However, if everything I want comes out in 2010 and it turns out to be as good as I hope, then this year will eclipse 2005 for me. Selection of some of the ones I'm waiting on tenterhooks for: PRR (well, duh!) A Genuine Freakshow (have I ever mentioned these before? ) Klaxons The Music The Streets 65daysofstatic Audio Bullys The Dears Gorillaz The Mars Volta (haha, I have no idea if they have anything planned, but they've been churning out an album a year lately) The Northwestern One Fathom Down The Domino State Ourlives Spring Offensive Vienna Ditto

Yes, the Freakshow one I'm most looking forward to, and 65dos as well.
Oceansize'll have a new one around the same time as PRR. Amplifier should finally finish and release The Octopus. Some good stuff coming up.

That would make a potentially great year into an unbelievable one for me, if they did release summat.

Oceansize definitely at the top of the list for me - the track names alone are awesome (It's My Tail, I'll Chase It If I Want To; Build Us a Rocket Then You Rocket Building Cunt....)

Rosetta are releasing "A Determinism of Morality" in May, really looking forward to it. Not been able to stop listening to Wake/Lift since I bought it 3 weeks ago.
