10,000 Days is flawed, I can admit it. There's good parts (the Wings For Marie suite, I'm a sucker for the sound of lightning as it it) but there's some arse n'all. I'm heavily addicted to the Wings For Marie suite too ... But yea, it is flawed, but not that much ... for a Tool record, I mean ... Vicarious, Jambi, The Pot and Right In Two are probably the 4 most "accessible" Tool songs ever ... I still love them tho Currently listening to : The whole "Live At Nearfest 2007" album by PRR (and ONLY that.) Not true, I cheated and tried to get into Pain of Salvation yesterday ... and am planning on some Gazpacho today ...

Aye, and about the best things on it bar Wings, but they aren't any development from the album before.
I'm editing videos for REVERE at the moment, so just listening to them.

Little Kix by Mansun, in the background to a decent-ish thriller novel my old man lent me - no Friday night lash for me tonight! It's a lot better than the reception I remember it getting on its release - sure, it's no Attack Of The Grey Lantern, but it's still a really decent album in its own right.

The new Beck. The new Beck. The new Beck.
Why 3 times?
That's how many times I listened to it right when I bought it, only 3. I would have spun it again, but I didn't want to seem just insane about Beck all of a sudden. This record is compelling, very compelling.

Thanks, now I need the new Beck Actually, I wasn't aware of a new Beck record ... And to not break the thread : Listened to the album "Wish I Was All Flames" by Destroyalldreamers about 2 or 3 times today, since I just received it.

Oh what the hell? Why haven't I listened to Echo And The Bunnymen until now? I'm 21, and this music feels like it should have been pumping through my headphones all throughout grade school until now. I sort of feel cheated.

...patience...
Patience playlist - I just told a girl I am getting attracted to her, and she told me to effectively "stay back"... no harm, no foul. But! I am still fostering some sort of love for her that I can't shake.
Hopefully these couple of tunes will calm me to sleep:
"Stand Inside Your Love" by The Smashing Pumpkins "Don't Panic" by Coldplay "Everything's Not Lost" by Coldplay "Thru The Eyes Of Ruby" by The Smashing Pumpkins
