Yes technically it does, it's their songs and nobodies getting any money for it. But as far as I'm aware the band have never been bothered, they let me film an acoustic set once. It's only an audience recording, granted by one of the best tapers about at the moment...

It is Jonathan yeah.
And I'd bet Promoters aren't jumping to put them on at the moment, they've had no recent promo in the UK and nothing to suggest outside Reading and London they'd pull a crowd that would fill venues you'd expect them to play.

Chances are the announcement about labels hasn't been made because they don't what part of InsideOut they will be on. Last I was told it depended on the record they produced as to if they'd be on InsideOut or it's new sub-label Superball Music, which Oceansize last album came out on. Oceansize are doing well out the label funds wise though, they are doing a six week UK/Europe tour, and have a PROPER tour bus for once. Got to a decent studio with a great producer, made a music video and live DVD with a slighty exended music video budget. So if that's anything to go by PRR should do ok once the albums sorted...

I only say that because that's the direction we've heard, not because of the label. Otherwise I'd have guessed it was going away from the more proggy thing but obviously wouldn't have been able to say why.

Superball is indeed a sub-label of Inside Out (itself a sub of SPV). I know this has been on the cards for a while, the way it was explained to me was the type of album they delivered would affect which of the two labels they are on. As Superballs a bit more 'alt' then I/Os more straight ahead prog, I'd say we'll be hearing the electronic influence a lot on this 'un.
And yes, the people at Superball have ace taste. And seem to be really good all round. Good.

Hehe, no worries. Ah yeah, I forgot the ULU session had been put online as well. I have a DVD I filmed at the time though

They've never released an acoustic version of this tune, though there is an old radio session version knocking about. The Intention Craft is the only offical acoustic release, as a download. This sounds ace, love the synth 'swirls' in the background and that. Yeah, that's the one I was thinking of, the version from the download Intention Craft single. I think that my favourite out of the 3 acoustic versions is actually the other one you mention (the Mark Radcliffe Radio 2 session version), though the Victorious Cupid EP version does have the best, er, 'last chorus bit' for want of a better phrase. I meant the song the intetion craft is the only offically relased acoustic track... there's not been one for Nimos And Tambos? I know there's some mis-labled mp3s knocking about, and two rips of the session though.

'lol' at you being wierd. you seriously need to get off your high horse about... everything.
i was going through old youtube messages actually, and then went to his youtube to check the prr live footage and saw the new video, being a video maker i thought i'd see what he up too.
though obviously right after that i went to his myspace (does he even still have one, that solo acoustic thing disappeared...?) and had a furious teary eyed wank.
