Apogee Last Man, Last Round Goshen's Remains Fight Fire See, the problem with this (for me at least - obvs not for you!) is that as beautiful as Goshen's is, I just think it would be so out of place sandwiched between two hardcore electro numbers like LMLR or FF. I don't think most of those TDT songs fit in the new PRR's sets. I only put Bullitts in mine cos I really really want to hear it live! Interesting choice of opener too. Not one I would have looked at. Also Stephan, although you're right that the band should be playing longer sets, it's not fair if you get to choose more tracks - the whole point of the exercise is to have to make painful decisions!!

Ha while I see your point thedarkfourth, I've got it down to a 10 song set, 3 song encore and I'm not sure it's going any shorter than that, which'd make for a sweet just over an hour of PRR goodness....it is VERY H&A heavy, I think because I've not heard much of it live yet and I want to! Though the loss of most of TDT is probably pretty much what I'd do, for the same reasons; it just doesn't quite fit with the rest. Plus, I've made my feelings about Ambassadors in the live set known...
Blitzkrieg Deus Ex Machina Fight Fire The Twyncyn/Trembling Willows Valour Apogee/Requiem For The Lovers The Gloaming Over The Top Last Man Last Round Armistice ------------ In Aurelia Black Mourning AVO

Mmmm Blitz, Deus and FF to kick things off sounds incredibly tasty - good options!! Obvs I would change OTT for OI, but other than that cool set!
If we're allowed 13 tracks though (can an admin make a ruling on this please?) then I would reorder mine thus:
1. Victorious Cupid 2. Les Malheurs 3. Fight Fire 4. Gloaming 5. Last Man Last Round 6. Patriarch 7. Apogee 8. Bullitts Dominae 9. Blitzkrieg 10. Open Insurrection 11. Deus Ex Machina --- 1. Valour 2. AVO
I've added Gloaming and I've switched Golden Clothes for Patriarch, which was a very touch choice but I think Patriarch might just be the better live track even though I probably prefer GC in the studio. I've also kept the encore to two songs, which is I think a more normal ratio between main set and encore - is this allowed admin?
I'm sure my set will go through a million more variations.

I've also kept the encore to two songs, which is I think a more normal ratio between main set and encore - is this allowed admin? All sounds fine- it's YOUR ultimate PRR set list. Now, obviously, this is within reason as I'm sure most people would say 'just play it all!' if given free reign and the fun of it is, as you say, to choose. So lets say 13 tracks, as 1 extra track given a whole new album is still fairly tough. The encore/main set ratio is entirely your choice.

Ah, you're probably right. I always forget how hardcore LMLR actually is. I don't think that FF, hardcore as it may be, is a problem after the quite energetic final of Goshen's. But, fortunately, as the band can play longer sets now, we can remedy that by inserting Patriarch right before Goshen's. ;D I don't think most of those TDT songs fit in the new PRR's sets. I only put Bullitts in mine cos I really really want to hear it live! Interesting choice of opener too. Not one I would have looked at. Hehe, yeah, would be interesting to see if it actually works well as an opener. I honestly can't say, but I'd personally have no problem with it being the first song.

Apogee (with Keep me sane/insane- I count it as one) 3. Never Divide 4. Black Mourning 5. Twyncyn/ Trembling Willows 6. Bullitts dominae 7. Valour 8. Gloaming 9. Open Insurrection 10. Golden Clothes ----Encore---- 1. AVO 2. Arrival/ The Intention Craft 3. Fight Fire Encore is like that for everybody should stand like that after it! It was so fu****g hard!! didn't expect... I suppose that as soon as I will listen to H&A more Bullitts Dominae will be replaced with LMLR! We'll see

I'd genuinely love to see them do 3 nights somewhere, and do an album a night. that would be so amazing.

Oceansize did that. Coldn't make them but sounded great. when was it? October 16th, 17th and 18th in Manchester. The result is their "Feed To Feed" DVD set. I've never heard of a band doing that. Coheed and Cambria also did it for their Neverender 4-night gig series.

LOADS of bands have done it, Oceansize nicked the idea from Biffy Clyro.
I was at the Oceansize one, it was brilliant.
