As I think I've said at some point in the past, I still reckon the new year should be the date at which we turn rabid. If they still haven't given us any definite info by then, then they really do have no excuses. Until then, I think the justifications put forward by BA hold. We just need to stay patient for another month or so. I know that it's easier said than done, and our patience has been stretched to the limit, but until Jan 1st, I think hope should continue to spring eternal.

I didn't actually mean we had to stop talking completely....just keep waiting. There's no reason to abandon the forum.
How's everyone doing? I've just started reading the Gerard de Nerval 'Aurelia' book, which is friggin cool...I found a prr quote just within the publisher's introduction!

umm eerr cept when I emailed jonathon i pointed out the concern that they were unsigned...and umm err they still appear to be...I have an increasingly uncomfortable feeling that they have blown it...you know they had shed loads of positive publicity a couple of yrs ago, which one way or another has flipped on its head....I still say you've gotta manage the market etc tec, and they are worse now than ever at even basic communication with what appears to be the ever decreasing number of hardcore fans.....its a real shame i'd so love them to suceeed....but you dont suceed by
a) being absolutely crap at publicity, (even bad pubicity..at least there could have been a naming and shaming in true rock style when Jim left....it wouldnt have made any difference to a deal cos there still doesnt seem to be one); b)

where was I, oh yes,
b) taking ages to produce new material...how many new songs have they produced in last 2 yrs - Golden Clothes was an oldy, Trem Will is around 2 yrs old..that leave Machina (not yet produced and distributed in any form) and Vitorius which I love...but bugger me i want more.... and
c) staying as quiet as a frigging dead mouse..........
now just gve me that gaudette track on myspace for xmas and boy I'll jive again....ok I used to love steeleye span too, once, err umm when i was at schooool..which was a coupel of yrs back or something.....its hazy...and its getting hazier as i wait here for some real news re prr which frankly might never come.....bugger they really are gonna have to start again in the uk if they arent careful...oh buggery
