Hey guys! I'm just a lurker here, but i thought I'd share this. I'm still relatively new to this whole audio editing world, but I like what this turned out like. Seeing as I'm a bit of a lurker myself, I'll be first to go. That is very, very good (though I question the hour and a half bit  )Could do with a few more dynamics, but no doubt that'll come with the vocals. It made me wish I knew the vocals so I could sing along. An excellent tune. btw, what package do you use? |

To resolve your skepticism about the one hour part, I pretty much imported midi files in VST plugins and only had to record the guitar tracks  I use Sonar with a bunch of plugins. |

Pretty good. Did you figure it by ear? I have trouble figuring out vocal lines, let alone layers of instruments.

Nope! There's no way I could do that. I found the tab on Ultimate-Guitar. There's one for Aeropause as well.
I'd kill to get more PRR tabs o.O I'm just not very good at figuring stuff by ear.

someone posted one for the deus riff here a while back, here's my version (if you could do a cover of this I'd LOVE to hear it)!

Excuse the ammature notation, obviously I've only done the lowest three strings, the rest of the guitar is tuned to a normal drop-B. The other (guitar) parts of the song are mostly just chords, though there is one other riff bit which comes in once or twice and I might try to figure out if I get time....

Awesome! Female vocals are done, but we're not really happy with it... I think we're gonna wait to find a male singer and do both in the same day. Also, this was pretty obvious to start with, but damn those vocals are hard to track. Mega props to the crazy talent PRR has. |
