Random blast from the past

Not sure if this is really new thread-worthy, but couldn't really see an existing thread that fit the bill, so apologies for the semi-spam.

Anyway, I recently borrowed the novel The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo from a friend of mine who I introduced to PRR shortly before Cautionary Tales came out, but who never really warmed to them in the same way that we do here, albeit he doesn't dislike the band per se either. So I took this book off his hands, and what had he left inside it but a CTFTB-era promotional bookmark! I'd never seen one or even knew that they existed before, so it was quite a shock that he'd picked one up at the time of CTFTB, and even more so that he hadn't subsequently thrown it out/lost it etc.

Anyone else got any weird/rare/unusual PRR bits'n'bobs lying around at home? Be interesting to see what nuggets are floating around in the ether that aren't common knowledge to everyone.

(Btw, I immediately persuaded my mate to let me keep the bookmark whenever I got round to returning his book to him - luckily he's a generous fella and knew that I'd appreciate that bookmark a lot more than he ever would: good man! )

ha! I've got one of these somewhere! I've got a poster from around that time as well, and a load of badges (one with each word of the name in that logo, and one of the Bright Ambassadors... single logo) but I guess almost everyone has those and some stickers somewhere I think.

In fact eBay also has the badges and stickers at the moment!

I don't have (and never had) any badges or stickers: proper armchair fan here!

Interesting that they're on eBay. My first reaction, even as the sad PRR obsessive that I am, is that those things are almost certainly not worth a bid...

I had one of those patches! Stitched it onto a scarf, loved that thing then, in true student fashion, got drunk and left it in a club in Leeds- never to be seen again.
Sad memories!

I've also got some of the stickers hanging about and the little badges on my guitar strap!

Here's for a cry for some more quirky merch bits this time round! The t-shirts never fit me properly, so it'd be nice to have some other things (or better fitting girls t-shirts, I suppose...)
