got it, played it once. It's being ripped to shreds by 75% or more of the non hardcore PoS fans (people who aren't on the Remedy Lane Forum).
I guess I doubt I'll feel it's as bad as many are saying, but to ignore the fact they changed their sound on it again, very drastically, and thus they may not be even be close to where they once were.
The other thing is, they have Road Salt Two coming out later in the year, so I am keeping that in mind.
But at 1 time, they were one of my favorite bands. And in fact the greatest concert I ever saw, was seeing them back in 2001 in Chicago.

Christ this is awful I'm all for bands reinventing themselves, but don't throw the baby out with the bath water. There's little to nothing left of the band who created Remedy Lane. I was never their biggest fan, so maybe more long term fans can see the good stuff in it, but that's it for me. It would take a phenomenal response to Road Salt 2 for me to give it a look.

They've been in my Last.fm recommendations for ages but I never gave them a proper listen...possibly because the band name is SO HORRENDOUS. I'll give them a shot at some point...

the band is awesome so I think they are worth to go through! the most amazing is that they develop a lot with each record! even though most of the people would like them to play the same music all the time. enjoy!
