I think that it would be much easier to make a new thread with our opinions about the DVD from the latest release. From my side I'm definitely in love with it especially the way how the vox are well mastered. All 3 can be heard without any problem. Also love the way how they play Les Malheurs and AVO! Don't know if my question should be asked here if not dear admin please remove it, but: did anyone of you tried to make mp3 from DVD concert? if so is it possible to share it within our board. I really love the show so I would like to have possibility to have it on my iPod.

As long as you own the DVD and you're not using any special software to by-pass copy-protection facilities, you should be fine with making an MP3 of it. For my own DVDs, I have a little script that converts them to both MP3 and iPod-compatible H.264 videos. If anyone's interested, I can upload that script (it will most probably only work on Linux, though). However, it's certainly illegal to provide the MP3s here on the board.

the dvd is uninspiring, though maybe better than the stuff that came with AVO. Valour is sooo rubbish compared to what it can be.

The only ways in which the DVD could have been better would have been if Twyncyn/Trembling Willows didn't have problems and was therefore on the DVD, and if Jon was actually visible. Les Malheurs has been improved so much from the AVO DVD, and AVO is epic. The one nagging feeling I get is the reliance on samples running from the Mac. Takes a fair bit away from the performances, I think, but I'm never really satisfied unless all aspects are played completely live irrespective of the logistical problems which arise from doing so .

The actual gig looks pretty good (well, this is my first experience of seeing them *live*), but the camera's seem pretty low quality...
Also, I noticed Chloe seemed to have a stamp on her hand... Tattoo, or a stamp of admittance for the venue?
