DVD/T-Shirt bundle received???

Hello everybody,

has anybody, who ordered something from the new PRR shop already received their order?

I ordered the DVD/shirt bundle 05.Feb. and the money was debited from my credit card 08. Feb. But I haven't received anything yet.

The email I sent to [e-mail] came back, saying: Relay access denied. [RCPT_TO]

Then I tried [e-mail], but they do not answer.

What are your experiences? Anybody else having problems?

I ordered the Scala DVD and a shirt on the day the story went up. I got the Scala DVD two weeks ago, but the shirt is still MIA. I sent them a message on the contact thing, no response. I want my shirt!

I was waiting ages for my bundle and hadn't heard anything, so I e-mailed "[e-mail]". Heard back (within a day or so) from a chap called Nick Burdett there, and he told me my order had been delayed because they were waiting for stock from their suppliers on the T-shirt I had ordered (Yellow 'Crest' on a Black T-Shirt, XL size). Said that they had other T-shirts in stock if I would accept a different shirt (from what they had in stock at that moment), and that order would be posted that same day if so. I was comfortable enough with that, so I chose a Blue 'Crest'/Black T-Shirt and sure enough I got my order (including both DVDs) in the post the very next day (Tuesday of this week).

I'd try e-mailing "[e-mail]" again (and you may as well mark your mail FAO Nick Burdett, as he was very helpful with my order). Make sure to send it with Delivery Receipt and Read Receipt options turned on so you know that your mail got there safely - the Read Receipt might not get used, but at least it shows to them that you are tracking the mail and you will be expecting a reply.

EDIT - whoops, just typed all that, then saw Ryan's post - phoning them is probably a good way to go too! D'oh!

I had the same situation as Lawrie.
they answered me within 2 or 3 days. I used an e-mail [e-mail] and was ok.
as far as I know they do not have the full stock and thats way some orders are little bit delayed.

yeah, I'm still waiting on my order as the shirt I ordered hasn't arrived yet :/

Phoned tshirtmachine today.

They told me having problems with the T-Shirts (which haven't arrived yet). The guy on the phone said that it might take "a couple of weeks" (two?) until they will have the shirts. He also aplogized for the inconvenience and promised to check the shop's email server.

So lets see and wait another two weeks ...

I got my Scala and Italia Wave, and T-Shirt bundle as soon as the Scala DVDs were sent out. I got the blue T-Shirt with the letters PRR on it. The fact that I received my package before people who had ordered the DVD at gigs received their DVDs tells me that for the T-Shirt design that I chose it was all ready, and just waiting for the DVD.

Edit: Okay, so apparently it has just been printed in American, and will arrive in (what I presume is the UK) next week, then it'll be despatched :/
