Having said that, it would be quite a fun career seeing as you get loads of free gigs and music, and get to meet cool people.

Agreed...though my general PRR addiction means I'm going to find it very difficult to accept I can't be at the first date of the tour but Reading is a trip too far on a uni night- I shouldn't exactly feel left out, soon as they hit the Northern half of the country there will be no stopping me...

I'm very very excited about the Norwich gig. I am a little frustrated that I can't go to any other shows, but I can't pay £200 for another London gig and the Southampton one is too far for me to get to the next night. Perhaps next time! Kudos to your travelling skills, blondeambassador.

I think Norwich will be my gig of choice on this tour. Good venue, nice crowds. Cool.

I'm not sure if it's skills or just plain stupidity but there we go...did I mention I'm also more than likely heading to the *ahem* Copenhagen date... Yeah, as I said..sheer stupidity!

Not as fun as it seems. ... and when you get a little older (like ancient old me) you realise that the 'cool' people are usually degenerate freeloaders and being uncool is actually the best planet to live on

Obviously. Though at THREE Hitchhikers references, I do start to get a bit unconfortable.

Obviously. Though at THREE Hitchhikers references, I do start to get a bit unconfortable. Uncomfortable that you recognised them and knew they were H2G2? Or uncomfortable that I used them?

The latter. I haven't listened to hitchhikers since I was 14. Great program though.

No, I hate to say I can't say I'm keen on it either...which is a shame because Chloe is a really good designer, I don't know if it's her design, it might not even be hers but I've much prefered some of her others. lol, we'll see when we get the album, won't we. seeing how it will state the cover artist and all It's definitely in the right style, but for me it lacks any kind of aesthetic quality while managing to be a bit pretencious (or Toolish if you'd rather) at the same time. Hey, I'm the Tool fan here. I'll say when it looks like Tool! ... .... Okay, yeah, it looks like Tool. seriously, though, I don't really know what to make of it. I mean, people are saying it does or doesn't fit with the music, but have you heard the album? You may have a couple of songs, but for all we know, those aren't even the final versions, and there's still going to be at least that many that we haven't even heard yet. So while I'm still skeptical myself on whether or not it will fit the music, and it definitely is a big artistic (and mood) change from what we're used to seeing, it's still too early to state anything definite, and it will be too early probably until we all have the album in our hands.

I'm not saying it does or doesn't fit with the music at all, for me, my main problem is I think it's fairly ugly artwork and I'd prefer it to be a bit more aesthetically pleasing. The way I feel about it reminds me of how I feel about Biffy Clyro's 'The Vertigo of Bliss.' I think the cover was ugly (and no, thats not because I'm 'offended' by it or anything, I am very difficult to offend over things like that, I just thought it wasn't very good to look at, it was strangely offputting) and whenever I pick the album up, I do still think...good album but horrible artwork... But if the artwork is all we have to complain about, then I guess we're not doing badly at all
