It doesn't look like am album, but part of a title sequence in a kids superehero show:/ Actually this is exactly what I like about it. You can imagine Hitler storming out at any second and getting boshed by some mustached Allied general in a superman cape. It feels like I'm in 1940s central command, in a kind of hopelessly fantasised kind of way. They could have just gone with dark and gritty again, but this is new, childish and unexpected (it's not a cliche when prr do it, because their work is so uncliched that a sudden cliche is new and interesting...well at least that's how I'm justifying it to myself...) and therefore exciting. |

It will be fun to have 3 PRR DVDs by the time this is done with it. Wait, what? 3? The one on AVO, this one, what is the 3rd? (it's not a cliche when prr do it, because their work is so uncliched that a sudden cliche is new and interesting...well at least that's how I'm justifying it to myself...) and therefore exciting. My mind doesn't work like that. I don't know if its cliched, i just don't like it...Even if I did think it was cliched, I wouldn't try and justify it to myself as I would sound like an obsessive fanboy (not calling you one!) and I don't think I should change my standards for one person/group... |

Just pre-ordered. I must admit, I'm not a big fan of the artwork myself, the AVO cover had a more mysterious and intriguing edge to it, more thoughtful. Oh well, it's not terrible or anything, but I preferred the font, look and general style they'd established with AVO. All told though, cannot wait, days are being counted.  |

Well there's other bootlegs kicking about yeah. There's an acoustic set from upstairs at ULU I filmed once, thought not many people ever had it I think. If any.
There's also a DVD EPK I've got somewhere.

Actually the ItaliaWave show was to be seen at the italian TV RaiUno website for a few months after the show. Now is gone. I managed to see it around 5 times, was very well, though the audience was a bit annoying for shouting "placebo" during songs intermissions. |

The acoustic thing? Dunno, maybe. I'm not sure where it is to be honest, and I'd be better off going back to the tape and upping the quality.
There used to be a multiple-camera version streaming somewhere.
The EPK is on YouTube I think.

It's quite a shocking review.
Jamie said that the reviewer must've thought that synths/electronic music = prodigy + Pendulum....
But, yeah, from hearing people who have already heard it, it's meant to be "big" and "powerful"....
