Looking on the NEARfest site, it seems that a lot on their catalogue is unavailable for order. I hope PRR doesn't follow suite considering the website is my only real chance of getting the album!
As for requests, In Aurélia or Borgens Vor please Paul!

Yeah, I'd vote for Borgens Vor as well, it doesn't get a lot of playtime on most of the places you can stream PRR songs online. I'm taking my chances with the Nearfest album and will look to get it at the Barfly gig if there will be a few copies available there as the band have mentioned. Mainly a cashflow thing, so I'm hoping that every last copy won't have gone on the website by the end of July so that there are still some copies left for sale at the Barfly... and it also means I'll be getting to the Barfly extra early that night to make sure! ;D

I'll break the trend and ask for the golden disco bit...presuming you played that at Nearfest...? Although I love golden clothes (personally I like it even more than Borgens, though it's close), I've always thought it was quite a weak part of the live set list...but I would love to hear how it's come out after being remastered and enhanced!

Thanx for the info, Paul!! We've been looking all over the place the last couple of days. That German place did not take orders from Sweden.... What's so bad about Sweden ?? I'm really looking forward to this album so I hope I can get hold of a copy soon! I'm a bit worried that it will be sold out before I can get my grubby hands on it As for the request - IN AURELIA!!

Some people on the Porcupine Tree board said they got it at nearfest and that it's good.

Can't they up it on the web until I can get my hands on the real recording? And as for that german website, I also thought they didn't take orders from Canada, but shortly after, I noticed that Canada is actually listed as "Kanada"...

WHOO-HOO!
Just ordered two! - I would have ordered more, but I wanted to keep some available for other fans. Greedy bastard I am, and stupid with my bank account. Tempted to order more... haha.
...hmn, they haven't sent me a confirmation email - usually they do more or less instantly.
...nevermind, I think I figured it out.

got my copy today.
it's alright - the mixing's a bit dodge (as ryan points out) but well worth having in the collection.

Just ordered mine but I may have to wait till I get back from holiday till I can have a proper listen, since I doubt it will arrive here from the US before I leave... Anyways, I know what you guys are saying about the mix (esp the guitar at the beginning of Borgens), but I actually thought in most respects, it was really good. The vocals especially come out far better than I would ever have expected on a live album. Can't wait to hear the whole thing! Paul - thanks for taking the trouble to keep us informed and listen to the fans. Really appreciated!

You guys are killing me with orders! We sold about 90 copies at NEARfest X and have orders for another 90 or so through the NEARfest Records website since it was made available yesterday afternoon Eastern US time. I'm going to be busting my hump to get all these orders out over the next few days. Please be patient, I will be working very hard on fulfillment! Thanks for the orders. I think you will all be very pleased with the sound. Adam Whittaker did a great job making it clean, but very live. And Brett Kull did a very nice job with the mastering. Cheers! P.S. Just for Kicks does *not* have the album yet. It is not yet clear if I am permitted to sell wholesale to European dealers. In the meantime, ordering directly from NFR is just fine.
