With the release of the “Valour" EP fast approaching & our final tour only 3 weeks away it's time for an update:

There is no fixed price for the download & ALL proceeds from the donation-only download will be given to War Child www.warchild.org.uk and The Royal British Legion www.britishlegion.org.uk. We appreciate there’s only one new track, but with all proceeds going to such fantastic causes it would be AMAZING to really raise some BIG dollar!
A bit of info for you; War Child is a small charity which works with local partner organisations in places acutely affected by conflict - Iraq, Afghanistan, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Poppies are out in abundance at the moment with the anniversary of Armistice & Remembrance Sunday just round the corner! The RBL have been helping serving and ex-service personnel and their families since 1921.

He’s also done a poster, which will be on sale online and at the November shows.

To me that is three new tracks, assuming that the reason they note Paul Northfield indicates more than an abbreviated version. Obviously, great to give money for charity. And I'm very optimistic for Tempest.

Is it wrong that I'm more excited about finally having an official version of gaudete than about the actual new track? It's gonna be on repeat all Christmas. Totally makes up for the lack of other new stuff. VERY EXCITED! Such a shame that there's no physical copy...

Well I was getting excited for Gaudete before this release, and now I'm really happy. Hopefully the 'edit' versions are a bit different from the album ones (and not just emitted down/radio versions).

The short edit posted recently was done by Paul Northfield.

If these are just 'radio'/'single' type edits then... I dunno.

Super excited for the new tune though, and it's great that Hallows has done the art, his stuff is ace.

Yeah I don't think there will be anything exciting at all in the "edits" (hate to say I told you so) except the Valour remix, which will presumably be different and more electro.

It shows all of the running lengths for all the tracks. It is a bit pixelated, however if you zoom in it looks like Tempest is going to be 6mins +

Mm, mix just sounds like radio versions, but really hope not :/ and I don't even know if it'd be a remix of Valour, seeing it only says "mix". Seeing the EP is titled Valour, you'd assume that there'd be at least a full version of the song, or a radio edit... Hopefully I'm wrong.

Also, "Finally a reminder that the current merchandise range is almost gone and no more in the current styles will be printed - but there will be a new range just for the tour." Is that just the poster?

Ok, now for the slightly disappointing details: The "edits" are really just edits.

On a more positive not, the Valour mix, while still quite close to the original, is really good

For some reason, though, Tempest feels like a 7 minute song. Which is good, I guess ;D
