Just been given a bit of important information to go with this news: The Gothenburg date will be taking place in one of the rooms at Sticky Fingers, with Soulfly playing in the other on the same night. PRR will be on at 20:00. There is no pre-sale for PRR but tickets will be available on the door.

Afternoon guys, hope you're all as excited as I am about the next few weeks...anyway, here's a little update from Jamie that's going out on the myspace bulletin today for you... What a glorious day,.. Beer sodden flooring under my feet, disgusting artex ceiling as my sky and sweat stained walls as my horizon. Oh the glamorous life of being in a band.... The day is Wednesday and it is now 1 day till we embark on the biggest tour of our lives....No sweat!!! Ok so its probably best to get the bad news out of the way first.... If disappointing our Italian fans wasn't enough, we now have to disappoint our French fans too. Sadly we were unable to reschedule our Paris show....we tried our darned hardest but to no avail....But do not fear my Italian and French chums.... we are trying to organise a trip later in the year to both Italy and France so we'll make sure those shows are extra special for you.....maybe we'll play the set twice..... Or Paul might wear his favorite sequin jumpsuit on stage....I don't know but we'll figure something. Anyway enough of this bad news stuff..... Our Gothenburg show has now had a venue change. So make sure you find yourself going to Sticky Fingers instead of.....errr....well actually I don't know where the other venue was but just make sure you get your arse to Sticky Fingers.... Deus Ex Machina is going to be released as a Download only single from March 22nd but we are giving you lucky guys and gals the chance to pick up a highly Limited Edition, Deus Ex Machina CD and sleeve with all 3 versions of the single. We will be giving away the CD's to the first 25 fans at every show who have bought along a copy, has proof they've pre-ordered a copy or alternatively buys Amor Vincit Omnia at any one of the shows. Please note that these CDs are extremely limited edition and will only be available as a giveaway on this tour. The full length version of Deus Ex Machina is currently available for download from NME.com. I suggest you go download it and give your ears a feast. We have now decided that Europe should stop being so greedy and keeping us to themselves!! so as of April 22nd, Amor Vincit Omnia will now be available to buy in Japan on Halftonic. Its another step in the right direction for PRR's quest in taking over the world. I've been thinking I might even run for president soon.....well....maybe not that far... After this complete barrage of information, we just want to say thank you to everyone who has pre-ordered the album so far. We're currently at number 26 in the amazon pre-order chart and number 40 on play.com. If you haven't yet pre-ordered your copy you can find links on our myspace page or directly through www.play.com, www.amazon.co.uk www.hmv.com and search Pure Reason Revolution. See you very soon. Jamie x "In ‘Amor Vincit Omnia’, they have once again surpassed themselves to produce the most stylishly complete electronica album since Soulwax’s ‘Any Minute Now." Yeah, the ones I just added to the list at the top of the page, that is a currently correct listing of all the dates.

You are right, have just had the word that 8th March will indeed be in Frankfurt. It should all be updated soon, it's only as things are fully confirmed that the band will update the myspace etc. There are also some new German dates that have been added to the tour.

Oh no, nobody should feel silly about it. It's mentioned in the AVO thread that it will be on the special edition and on the play.com tracklisting but I don't except everyone to know that, just my job to let you know. As for what DIME do with things, without sounding selfish thats not my job but keeping this forum above board certainly is

As we now know this is going to form part of the officially released special edition of Amor Vincit Omnia, I do need to remind everyone of the forum rules.
While in this case, we are happy for you to discuss the broadcast, as it has been openly broadcast on German TV, the admin team do not feel that allowing the link on this page would be consistant to the forum rules, therefore the link to the download will not be available here and any posts containing that link will be deleted.
I'm aware this is a bit of a fine line, as only some of it will be on the DVD etc, which is why, as I say, discussion is fine, but just not the direct link itself.

Ok, to clarify. That rule includes 'discussion of' the material. The material is not available to purchase yet. If you are a reviewer then we are not going to make an exception quite frankly, as they are given pre-releases in a position of trust and to discuss them is an abuse of this.
So no, we are not permitting people to discuss the albums contents as that in itself may encourage others to seek out the release in an illegal way. Apologies if that wasn't clear enough.

Right, I'm sorry everybody but in response to recent activity on the forum, I'd like to remind you of the rules of the forum. I'm aware I may be a bit late in doing this and I apologise but I like to limit 'censorship' wherever possible so had hoped it wouldn't get to a point where I needed to intervene.
This forum in no way condones or supports illegal acitivity in relation to this, or any other band, therefore the posting and discussion of links to downloads of any recording which is available, or scheduled to become available, on official release is not permitted under any circumstances. I hope this makes our position on what is not acceptable on this forum clear.
Once again, apologies for modifying a large number of posts but I felt it had reached a stage where this had become necessary. I hope you all understand. If anyone has anything to take up with me on the basis of this, feel free to send me a PM, but the rule itself is not up for discussion.

I suppose it does but I'm happy for this thread to live here for a while, I'll rehome it to 'bootlegs' at some point so it's kept tidy with the others.

Here's another... Friday 13th Bodega Social Club, Nottingham (http://thebodegasocialclub.co.uk/Gig%20Listings.html)
And they'll be in Poland by 21st March, so I'm getting a sense of a week or so in the UK then onto mainland Europe most likely.

I wouldn't really worry about it to be honest, as when you click on the title of each forum, they are back in normal order anyway- it was only showing up strangely on the front page...once someone's said something in all 4 subforums, it will all look normal again. :-)
